Supplier of last resort

Pursuant to § 17, item 1 of the Transitional and Final Provisions (TFP) of the Act for amendment and supplement of the Energy Act (SG, No. 59 of 05.07.2013, effective as from 05.07.2013) until 30 June 2015, the suppliers of last resort (SoLR) shall purchase the necessary electricity for their consumers only from the public supplier (NEC EAD). After this date, SoLR have the right to conclude transactions for the purchase of electricity for their customers at freely negotiated prices.

In connection with this, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD in its capacity of Supplier of last resort announces a price for the sale of electricity for April 2021 at zero value of the costs for balancing energy, amounting to BGN 123,58/MWh

ENERGO-PRO Sales AD sells electricity to its customers only under the tariff plan "One scale"*. The price of the tariff is formed when calculating the actual value of the costs for balancing energy after receiving the real data from the report of the means for commercial measurement and settlement from ESO EAD. Within three working days after receiving the above data, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD announces on its website the final price under the tariff plan "One Scale" for the respective reporting month.

Tariff plan "One Scale" – a tariff plan in which ENERGO-PRO Sales AD sells electricity to its customers at the same price at all hours of the day.

The customers of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD, in its capacity of SoLR, also pay the following prices, VAT not included:

Price for liabilities to the society – BGN 0.02147/kWh;

Price for transmission through the electricity transmission network – 0.01030 BGN/kWh;

Price for access to the electricity transmission network – BGN 0.00045/kWh;

Price for transmission through the distribution network for sites connected to medium voltage – 0.01285 BGN/kWh;

Price for transmission through the distribution network for sites connected to low voltage – 0.03531 BGN/kWh;

Price for access to the distribution network for non-residential customers – 0.02053 BGN/kW/day;

Price for access to the distribution network for residential customers – BGN 0.00890/kWh.

The indicated prices are normatively determined by EWRC by Decision No. Ц–29 of 01.07.2020 (available in Bulgarian)

All non-residential customers also pay excise duty in the amount of BGN 0.00200/kWh
