Duties and responsibilities

Organizes the operation and maintenance of facilities;
Develops a plan and schedule for the maintenance of facilities;
Organizes the localization and diagnosis of cabling damage sRN and HN;
Manages network and measurement area managers (MIR);
Supervises the performance of duties of employees in MIR, in connection with inspections, maintenance, repairs, etc.;
Prepares a maintenance program according to priorities after coordination with those responsible for network and measurement areas;
Submits timely information on updating data in the system, network plan and single-line schemes;
Controls the planned and unplanned costs of servicing the facilities;
Analyze outages and outage statistics;
Participates in updating the network configuration;
Coordinates the construction of new facilities;
Supervises the activities of the current maintenance and servicing of the electricity meter farm, the interruption and restoration of the electricity supply in case of arrears, the execution of customer requests in connection with the electricity meter farm and coordinates the report of the STI;
Supervises the installation and inspection activities of commercial measuring instruments;
Organizes control reports and construction of balance sheet measurement.
