How do I get a PIC?
A PIC can be issued by submitting an application, either in person or through an authorized representative, at an ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center.

ENERGO-PRO Sales AD holds a license for the supply of electricity from a final supplier and a license for the supply of electricity from a supplier of last resort for a territory that covers 9 administrative districts in North-East Bulgaria - Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Targovishte and Shumen. The company is also the holder of a license for trading in electricity, which covers the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
As a final supplier ENERGO-PRO Sales AD can supply you with electrical energy if you have stated that the electrical energy in the object will be used for domestic needs and the object is connected to the electricity distribution network at a low voltage level.

The procedure for changing the provider requires the submission of an application, which must be considered and processed. To implement the shift from the 1st of the month, the application must be submitted no later than the 10th of the previous month. If you submit an application after the 10th, the change will take effect from the 1st of the following month.
