- Prepare all documents in advance to avoid delays
- Title deed (right of use) or rental agreement with notarized consent;
- In case of inheritance – current Certificate of heirs;
- In the case of joint ownership – consent of all co-owners/co-heirs (declared in the application);
- For condominiums - Minutes and/or Resolution of the General Meeting;
- Notarized power of attorney, if the applicant is represented by an authorized person.

Viewing and issuing object-ID
ENERGO-PRO examines the request and issues a customer number

- In the event that you are the owner, you should provide a document certifying the right of ownership or property right of use to the property;
- In case you are a tenant, you should provide a Rental Agreement with notarized consent of the owner (s) of the object, the tenant/user should be a client of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the object; If the lease agreement includes a clause for transferring the tenant's account and it is notarized, it is not necessary to apply a separate notarized consent of the owner (s) of the object.
- In the case of co-ownership, you should have the consent of the other co-owners/co-heirs. You can declare your consent directly in the Application for the sale of electricity;
- If you are an heir, you should also attach a current Certificate of Heirs;
- If the object is condominium, you should apply:In the form of management General Assembly and Management Board of the condominium: Minutes and/or Decision of the General Meeting, by which members of the management board and chairman are elected; In the form of management Association of owners of the condominium and Management Board: Minutes of the constituent assembly and the adopted agreement for the establishment of the association, Transcript of the Decision of the General Assembly; In the form of management Representation by an authorized person in accordance with the CEPA (in cases where the General Assembly of the owners assign activities for the maintenance of the common parts of the building to UL or FL for a fee): Contract for maintenance of common areas, Decision of the General Assembly of the condominium;
- If the site is in the process of reconnection and you are in the permanent power supply stage, you should provide a Commissioning Document for a new or reconstructed site;
- If you are an authorized person, you should provide a notarized power of attorney.

Registration of a new object is not charged. Charges may arise in subsequent steps such as hook-up or installation of an electricity meter.
No. After registration, it is necessary to submit a separate application for connection to the network and installation of an electricity meter.
