Sign a purchase agreement
After approval, a contract is signed with clear parameters for the purchase of electricity.
Install a two-way electricity meter (if you don't have one yet)
This device measures both consumed and produced energy.
Receive payments by bank transfer
ENERGO-PRO makes regular payments for purchased electricity in full transparency.
- Technical documentation;
- Deed of ownership of the property;
- Outline of the UPI;
- A notarized declaration certifying whether funding from a national or European support scheme has been used for the construction of the plant and whether an application for support with funds from a national or European support scheme2 has been submitted;
- Documents certifying the extent of the approved financing of the project;
- Opinion on the conditions for connecting a producer site to the electricity distribution network;
- Contract for connection of the site with Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD;
- Protocol for installed electricity meter;
- Notarized power of attorney of the person authorized to represent the manufacturer and conclude a contract on his behalf and on his behalf;
- Application for the installation of an installation for the production of electricity, submitted to the distribution company in connection with Art. 31, para. 1 of the ZEVI and in accordance with the order of the regulation under Art. 116, para. 7 of the Energy Act;
- Signed finding protocol under Art. 65, para. 2, item 3 of Ordinance No. 6 of March 28, 2024 on connection of objects to electrical networks;
- Access contract;
- List of contact persons authorized to represent the manufacturer in connection with the performance of its obligations under the contract with ENERGO-PRO Sales AD (for technical, accounting and other matters) with their: telephone number, e-mail address and address for correspondence;

1. Under current legislation, final suppliers do not buy energy from plants that produce energy for their own consumption;
2. In connection with Art. 21 para. 3 and para. 4 of the Electricity Price Regulation Ordinance, Obn. DV. no.25 from 24 March 2017
3. It shall apply where the investment for the construction of the renewable electricity facility is supported by funds from a national or European support scheme.
