Conditions and prices for supply of electricity from ENERGO-PRO as DPI
A supplier of last resort (SLR) temporarily supplies electricity to customers who have not chosen another supplier or when the main supplier is unable to continue supplying for reasons beyond the customer's control.
ENERGO-PRO Sales AD carries out the activity of "supply of electricity by a supplier of last resort" in a separate territory under License No. L-410-17/ 01.07.2013, issued by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.

If you are a free market customer and your electricity supplier ceases operations or you have not selected a supplier, you will automatically be supplied with electricity by DPI.
When do I need a DPI?
In cases where you are left without a contract with an electricity trader, for example if:
- The term of the contract with your current provider has expired and you have not chosen a new one;
- Your dealer's license has been revoked;
- Your trader has been removed from the market;
- Your merchant has been declared bankrupt;
- For other reasons beyond your control.
How does the transfer to the DPI take place?
The DPI is automatically activated if you are left without a provider - for example, in the event of an expired contract, revoked license or bankruptcy.
If you are left without a trader in the free market, the DPI will be turned on to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
When you choose a new supplier, the change takes place according to the standard procedure and takes effect from the first of the month.
Methodology and calculation of the price
The price is formed according to Methodology for determining the electricity prices of the supplier of last resort.
The sale price of electricity to the DPI is calculated after the expiration of the calendar month and the receipt of validated measured values for consumption by the operator. The price is individual for each place of consumption.
