Electricity prices for domestic customers from 01.07.2025

In accordance with Art. 30a, para. 3 of the Energy Act, as of 01.07.2025, the domestic final customer shall pay a price representing the sum of:

1. a baseline value of electricity per 1 MWh determined by the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC), and

2. determined by the EWRC component of the price of the final supplier in connection with the supply of electricity to domestic final customers.

WITH Decision No C-25 of 01.07.2025, as of 01.07.2025, CEVR has set a base value of electricity for 1 MWh in the amount of BGN 140.03. /MWh and the component of the final supplier price in the amount of 9.69 BGN. /mWh. Their amount in the amount of 149.72 BGN. /MWh constitutes the price under Art. 30a, para. 3 of the PE, which the domestic final customer pays under a tariff structure as follows:

Electricity prices for domestic customers until 30.06.2025

According to the Energy Act (EE), the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission sets electricity prices for domestic customers with facilities connected to a low-voltage power distribution network, when these customers have not chosen another supplier.

WITH Decision No C-3 of 01.01.2025. KEVR has approved new prices for the supply of electricity to ENERGO-PRO Sales AD and new prices for network services. As of 01.01.2025, the new prices, excluding VAT, for domestic customers connected to the electricity distribution network at low voltage level are:
