Useful Information

In compliance with a mandatory written order from the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC), effective October 1, 2026, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD will publish information whenever the quantities of electricity purchased to supply household customers during the first or second half of a given month exceed the quantities purchased during the same period of the previous year by more than 20%.

Forecasting

How are the necessary quantities planned?

As a supplier of last resort, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD prepares daily forecast schedules for the quantities of electricity needed to cover customer consumption. These forecasts are based on data from current metered consumption, as well as measured and forecasted meteorological data. Electricity purchases on the organized exchange market are made on this basis.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there no notices published for purchased quantities for certain periods?

Information on this page is published only when the increase in purchased quantities exceeds 20% compared to the same period of the previous month. When this threshold is not met, no notice is published.

Does an increase in the quantities purchased mean that the price of electricity is increasing?

No. The published information indicates a change in the quantities of electricity purchased to supply household customers and does not, in itself, imply a change in the price of electricity.
