How do I become a customer?
Analysis of your consumption
The specialists at ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EAD will analyze your consumption and prepare a proposal with the most suitable product and price of electricity on the free market for you.
Along with the proposal, you will also receive a comparative analysis of the savings you will realize upon signing the contract.
Frequently Asked Questions
Necessary documents to start the procedure:
- Contract for the purchase and sale of electricity with a licensed electricity supplier and coordinator of a balancing group
- Notarized power of attorney
- Absence of arrears to the current electricity supplier.
You will not be left without a supplier, and if you are connected to the network and you have not found the right provider for you, you will be supplied by your current supplier, but at an inflated price and on official terms.
There are no regulatory restrictions — each client independently assesses his need to change the supplier and decides for what period of time to conclude a contract.
Only the price of active electricity is negotiable (the supply price). The price for network services (access and transmission through the transmission and distribution network) are regulated by the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) and are paid by all customers. The price for “obligations to society” is also subject to regulation by the EWRC. For customers in a regulated market, this price is included in the price of electricity, and for customers in a free market, it is present as a separate line on the invoice.
When changing suppliers, the means of commercial measurement (electricity meters) are not changed. The data reported on them shall be provided by the network operator to the selected provider for invoicing purposes.
ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EAD issues one invoice at the end of each month. When concluding a combined contract (mandatory for users with a standardized load profile), the consumer receives a single invoice for energy and network services. When concluding a contract for the supply of electricity with users with the technical possibility of hourly measurement of consumed electricity, ENERGO-PRO invoices the electricity, excise duty and “price obligations to society”, and the network services are invoiced by the network operator.
If the terms of the contract do not suit you, you can terminate it at any time with 1 month's notice without paying penalties.
