Free electricity market for domestic customers from ENERGO-PRO

Free market
What is a free market?
A free market means that you choose your own electricity supplier. The price of electricity and the types of tariffs are determined and offered to the customer by the supplier. Various suppliers operate on the free market and you are free to choose which one to sign a contract with.

Which customers are on the free market?
All non-residential customers whose premises are connected to the low and medium voltage electricity distribution network.
In North-Eastern Bulgaria, the electricity distribution company is Elektrorazpredelenie Sever AD, and the prices for network services are determined by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC) for all customers.

No. The change is administrative and does not lead to a power outage.
The network operator remains the same — he is responsible for the physical supply of electricity, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Prices are set by the trader and depend on the market situation. They can be fixed (do not change for a certain period) or floating (tied to exchange values).
Yes, but it's a good idea to check the terms of the current contract — there may be a notice period or penalties for early termination.
No. The procedure is free. You do not pay anything for the change of trader.
In this case, you automatically switch to a provider of last resort. You will have plenty of time to choose a new trader.
