Power up your new property quickly and easily

Connecting to the network is necessary when your site does not have a lot and the property is not powered. The service is provided by a licensed electricity distribution company. For sites in North-Eastern Bulgaria, this is Electrodistribution North.

When do I need to add a new object?

  • The compensation is intended for energy-intensive enterprises that:
    • carry out eligible economic activities;
    • meet the requirements of Decree No. 237/2025;
    • submit the required documents within the established deadline
  • If your company carries out both eligible and ineligible activities, the compensation is calculated only for the portion of electricity used for the eligible activities.

Which periods are eligible for application?

A separate set of documents must be submitted for each pricing period.

Start of the sale of electrical energy

Deadline for the start of the sale of electricity
Ways of submission
  • Application form.
  • Certificate from the National Statistical Institute (NSI) for the codes of the economic activities performed.
  • Certificate from the National Revenue Agency (NRA) for the absence of public liabilities or a document for deferral/rescheduling.
  • Declaration according to Annex No. 2.
  • Declaration according to Annex No. 3.
  • Auditor's opinion/conclusion (when the enterprise is subject to a mandatory independent financial audit).
  • Copies of invoices from the previous supplier, if a change of supplier occurred during the relevant pricing period.
Compensations are provided by reducing the amount due on the invoice.

Acquisition of power supply property
  • If you are the owner, you must provide a document certifying your ownership or property right of use for the property;
  • If you are a tenant, you must provide a Rental Agreement with the notarized consent of the owner(s) of the property; the tenant/user must be a client of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the property. If the lease agreement includes a clause for transferring the tenant's account and is notarized, it is not necessary to submit a separate notarized consent from the owner(s) of the property.
  • In the case of co-ownership, you must have the consent of the other co-owners/co-heirs. You can declare your consent directly in the Application for the sale of electricity;
  • If you are an heir, you must also attach a current Certificate of Heirs;
  • If the property is a condominium, you must submit: For management by a General Assembly and Management Board: Minutes and/or the decision of the General Meeting electing the members of the management board and the chairperson; For management by an Association of Owners and a Management Board: Minutes of the constituent assembly and the adopted agreement for the establishment of the association, along with a transcript of the General Assembly decision; For management by an authorized representative in accordance with the Condominium Ownership Management Act (in cases where the General Assembly of owners assigns maintenance of common areas to a legal or natural person for a fee): The maintenance contract for common areas and the decision of the General Assembly of the condominium;
  • If the site is in the process of reconnection and you are at the permanent power supply stage, you must provide a Commissioning Document for a new or reconstructed site;
  • If you are an authorized representative, you must provide a notarized power of attorney.

Списъците на предприятията, преминали проверка за допустимост, се публикуват от Фонд „Сигурност на електроенергийната система“.

Кога ще получа компенсацията?

След подаване на документите, проверка на допустимостта и одобрение съгласно реда на програмата компенсацията се изплаща чрез доставчика на електрическа енергия. Сроковете зависят от обработката на заявленията и финансирането по програмата.

В този случай компенсация може да бъде предоставена само за електроенергията, използвана за допустимите икономически дейности, при условията на програмата.
