Connecting to the network is necessary when your site does not have a lot and the property is not powered. The service is provided by a licensed electricity distribution company. For sites in North-Eastern Bulgaria, this is Electrodistribution North.

Ways of submission
- Application form.
- Certificate from the National Statistical Institute (NSI) for the codes of the economic activities performed.
- Certificate from the National Revenue Agency (NRA) for the absence of public liabilities or a document for deferral/rescheduling.
- Declaration according to Annex No. 2.
- Declaration according to Annex No. 3.
- Auditor's opinion/conclusion (when the enterprise is subject to a mandatory independent financial audit).
- Copies of invoices from the previous supplier, if a change of supplier occurred during the relevant pricing period.
Compensations are provided by reducing the amount due on the invoice.
Acquisition of power supply property
- If you are the owner, you must provide a document certifying your ownership or property right of use for the property;
- If you are a tenant, you must provide a Rental Agreement with the notarized consent of the owner(s) of the property; the tenant/user must be a client of ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for the property. If the lease agreement includes a clause for transferring the tenant's account and is notarized, it is not necessary to submit a separate notarized consent from the owner(s) of the property.
- In the case of co-ownership, you must have the consent of the other co-owners/co-heirs. You can declare your consent directly in the Application for the sale of electricity;
- If you are an heir, you must also attach a current Certificate of Heirs;
- If the property is a condominium, you must submit: For management by a General Assembly and Management Board: Minutes and/or the decision of the General Meeting electing the members of the management board and the chairperson; For management by an Association of Owners and a Management Board: Minutes of the constituent assembly and the adopted agreement for the establishment of the association, along with a transcript of the General Assembly decision; For management by an authorized representative in accordance with the Condominium Ownership Management Act (in cases where the General Assembly of owners assigns maintenance of common areas to a legal or natural person for a fee): The maintenance contract for common areas and the decision of the General Assembly of the condominium;
- If the site is in the process of reconnection and you are at the permanent power supply stage, you must provide a Commissioning Document for a new or reconstructed site;
- If you are an authorized representative, you must provide a notarized power of attorney.

When will I receive the compensation?
Once the documents have been submitted, checked for eligibility, and approved in accordance with the program's procedures, the compensation is paid out through your electricity supplier. Timelines depend on application processing and program funding.
