Duties and responsibilities
- Следи за изпълнение на бюджета на обектите от инвестиционна и ремонтна програми на Разпределителния обслужващ център (РОЦ) и изготвя справки за статуса на обектите;
- Получава и проверява фактури за завършени проекти, следи за спазването на сроковете по тях;
- Обработва поръчки за работа в SAP PM;
- Обработва технологичните карти след проведени инспекции, протоколи, свързани с аварийно обслужване на активи, документация, свързана с отчета и проверката на електромери;
- Изготвя констативни протоколи и други документи, свързани с обезщетяване на клиенти за нанесени щети;
- Изготвя доклади, справки и анализи, свързани с подготовка на финансови отчети, статистически данни за дейността на РОЦ и други.
Requirements for the candidate
Basic requirements
- Висше електротехническо образование;
- Опит на подобна длъжност – 1 година;
Технически умения
- Напреднало ниво на работа с MS Office;
- Шофьорска книжка, кат. B;
Other skills
- Ангажираност и отговорност към работния процес;
- Клиентска ориентация и изпълнение на задачите качествено и в срок;
- Решаване на проблеми;
- Сътрудничество и работа в екип.
