Duties and responsibilities
- Да консултирате пряко настоящите и потенциалните ни клиенти за предоставяните услуги;
- Да приемате и регистрирате в специализиран софтуер писмените клиентски искания, жалби и възражения, свързани с услуги, предоставяни в групата ЕНЕРГО-ПРО Варна;
- Да извършвате касови разплащания;
- Да предоставяте информация и консултации за продажба на електрическа енергия на свободен пазар;
- Да се грижите за правилното обработване на документите, съпътстващи работата Ви.
Requirements for the candidate
Basic requirements
- Средно образование (минимално изискване);
- Опит в директното обслужване на клиенти (в сферата на банки, телекомуникационни компании или други, свързани с пряко обслужване на клиенти);
- Опит в работата с касови разплащания.
Технически умения
- Опит при работа със софтуерни програми;
- Напреднало ниво на работа с MS Office.
Other skills
- Намиране на успешния подход в консултирането на клиентите;
- Способност за работа под напрежение с интензивен клиентопоток;
- Изпълнение на задачите качествено и в срок;
- Адаптивност към промени.
