In connection with the expansion of its digital portfolio of services in the Virtual Service Center, ENERGO-PRO invites customers who have a change in email/phone or have not entered one so far, to visit and update their contact details at https://update.energo-pro.bg/. The update takes only two minutes, and it is advisable to request both ways of contact. Each customer holder with data entered into the system has the opportunity to be quickly identified and receive timely information about services related to electricity supply at his site. In addition to fast and convenient two-way communication with the company, customers with up-to-date data also have the advantage of requesting the receipt of an electronic invoice and having it available at any time from any electronic device.

The virtual customer service center is located at https://my.energo-pro.bg/and offers both free access to some services and a login with registration to access individualized information. For easy access to the portal on the homepage of the company, the MyEnergo-PRO button is available.
