Nearly half a million ENERGO-PRO customers use the service of notification of arrears by SMS or email
In December last year, ENERGO-PRO provided a new free service to its customers — online registration on a mobile phone or email to receive notification of overdue debt. A few months after the launch of the Internet module, available on the company's homepage at www.energo-pro.bg, hundreds of new customers have submitted their data to be informed in case they have delayed the payment of their monthly electricity bill.
Online registration for receiving notifications gives customers several significant conveniences:
reliable and easy notification of late payment; reduces the risk of power outages due to missed bill payment; avoids the additional cost of restoring electricity if it has been interrupted for an unmet payment deadline.
The ENERGO-PRO service for receiving notification by phone has been available since 2011, and by e-mail — since the beginning of 2014. Prior to the creation of the new module on the company's website, the application was made by visiting the company's customer center. After launching the module, online registration takes a minute. It is enough for the customer to enter his customer number, the number of one of the electricity invoices issued in the last year, and indicate the phone or email to which he wishes to be notified.
Nearly half a million customers of ENERGO-PRO enjoy the advantage of being notified in a timely manner in case of late payment of amounts due. The number of notifications sent is different in the winter and summer months of the year, with an average monthly the company sending more than 30,000 SMS messages and more than 2,500 emails to customers who for some reason missed the payment deadline. After receiving the reminder notification through the company's various channels (SMS, email, postal letter), more than 95% of customers manage to repay their obligation on time and there is no power outage. It is important for customers to know that when changing the data - phone number or email address, they must update them in the system to ensure that they will be informed in a timely manner about overdue obligations. They can do this again through the module on the company's website without having to visit an ENERGO-PRO service center.
