The customer service center of ENERGO-PRO in Varna will not work until the damage from the protest actions is recovered

During yesterday's protests in Varna, the company's customer service center was attacked for the second time by some of the protesters. Part of the windows of the building were broken, and another part was cracked as a result of the aggressive manifestations. After a thorough examination of the consequences, it was found that under these circumstances there was a serious risk of injury to people passing by and employees working in the building. For this reason, the management of the company has decided to keep the customer service center closed until the damage is repaired in order to guarantee the safety of customers and employees.

We apologize to the customers for the inconvenience caused, as they will not be able to be serviced until the repair is completed. Unfortunately, such manifestations of violence impede the work of the company, which inevitably has a negative impact on customer service.

We would like to emphasize once again that we are open to dialogue, but we do not understand and do not support manifestations of aggression. We thank everyone who peacefully expressed their civic position on Sunday and did not create the prerequisites for hindering the normal work of the company's employees and customer service the next day.

ENERGO-PRO's customer service specialists continue to assist them in case they have doubts about the correctness of their account, as well as to offer optimal schemes for deferring obligations to those of them who have difficulties in paying them.

In addition, the company has taken its own initiative to check the electricity bills for the month of January free of charge to those customers who, according to the analyzes made by the experts, deviate from their usual consumption during this period. The ENERGO transparency project has already started and involves downloading the meter readings on the spot in the presence of the customer or his representative, and if necessary checking the meter with a reference. The company invites representatives of the media to be present during the inspections to ensure transparency of the results. ENERGO-PRO undertakes, upon finding any discrepancy, to return the money to the customer in the event that he has already paid his bill or to cancel it if it has not yet been paid.
