ENERGO-PRO recruits trainees under the operational program “Human Resources Development”

16 young professionals have already started their internship in the company

ENERGO-PRO offers the opportunity for professional training of young specialists under the Operational Program “Human Resources Development 2014-2020”. The company is recruiting trainees for operational activities on the electricity distribution network under the project “New Youth Employment Opportunity” for all regional cities in the territory where the company operates — Varna, Ruse, Razgrad, Shumen, Targovishte, Silistra, Dobrich, Gabrovo and Gorna Oryahovitsa. We are also looking for interns for administrative functions at the company's headquarters in the city. Varna. Newly entered trainees will receive remuneration under the program according to the minimum security threshold for the respective position.

With the help of the ENERGO-PRO program, it provides an opportunity for young people up to the age of 29 to acquire practical skills in a real working environment that will increase their competitiveness in the labor market.

“Through the announcement of internship positions, we aim to motivate young professionals to practice their profession, putting a good start to their career. We are confident that after completing the internship, some of them will find their place in our company in permanent positions”, shared Galina Petkova, Director of Human Resources of ENERGO-PRO Varna.

The requirements for those wishing to participate in the internship program, part of the project “New Youth Employment Opportunity”, are:

Be up to and including 29 years of age; Be registered with the Directorate “Bureau of Labor”; Do not participate in any form of employment, education or training; Not included in other programs and/or measures for training and promotion of employment; Have completed secondary or higher education and have no internship and professional experience in the specialty or professional direction of the internship.

16 young professionals have already started their internship at ENERGO-PRO under the program. Interns will gain professional experience and practical skills over a period of 6 months with an employer-appointed mentor. Professional experience will facilitate the transition of young professionals from education to employment. They will acquire knowledge, skills, work habits and experience of the acquired specialty in secondary or higher school, corresponding to the requirements of the labor market.
