ENERGO-PRO offers new opportunities to serve and inform its customers — “Energy Consultant”, “Exported Office” and “Management Reception Day”
The initiatives are part of the campaign “At the service of the customer”
Since February 10, 2014, in any customer service center of ENERGO-PRO, the company's customers can take advantage of the new opportunity to make a personal consultation with “Energy Consultant” - a specialist of the company, on ways to reduce their electricity consumption, and hence their electricity bill. Also, trained specialists will be available to answer customer questions related to the cost of electricity and methods of its formation, as well as any questions related to energy legislation.
On February 11, ENERGO-PRO launched the “Exported Office” initiative. Within the framework of the initiative, teams with Customer Service Specialists will travel to smaller settlements on the territory of North-East Bulgaria, in which there are no permanent service centers and will receive customers in the building of the respective municipality or in another location convenient for customers. The initiative is implemented in close cooperation with local authorities, and a schedule of days and places of service will be distributed in advance in each individual locality. The teams will work on a pre-announced schedule, accept documents and advise clients on issues related to the services that the company offers. On the spot, customers of the “Exported Office” will be able to update their contact details (telephone, e-mail); receive personal information on the issues of interest to them directly from the Customer Service specialists; ask their questions and be consulted on current issues related to electricity consumption, and also take advantage of other services provided in the service centers of ENERGO-PRO. The initiative does not provide cash service.The second initiative “Reception day of the management of ENERGO-PRO” responds to the expressed desire of customers to have the opportunity for personal contact with the management of the company. The meetings with the Company Manager and the Customer Service Director will take place on schedule in different cities of North-Eastern Bulgaria. After drawing up the meeting schedule, customers will receive feedback on participation in the “Reception Day”.
