ENERGO-PRO continues initiatives for wide communication with its customers
For the third month, the company organizes outbound offices in small settlements and holds management reception days
For three months now ENERGO-PRO has been organizing offices in small settlements in North-Eastern Bulgaria and management reception days with clients.
Since the beginning of February, Customer Service specialists have visited 18 localities to facilitate their residents who would like to take advantage of the company's services without having to travel to cities where there are open customer service centers. Nearly 400 customers visited the exported offices in various locations to inform themselves and get advice on electricity bills, transfer the lot of acquired property in their own name, submit an application for a company service, etc. The initiative was implemented in municipal centers and small settlements on the territory of Varna, Dobrich and Shumen districts, and next week continues on the territory of Targovishte district.
“The organization of exported offices is an initiative that is very positively received by our clients, due to the convenience it creates for them. It enables us to maintain close, direct contact with people, and this helps us develop our services in a way that is as beneficial to them as possible. The realization of the exported offices was made possible with the exceptional assistance of the mayors of municipalities. They provide us with premises in the well-known municipal buildings and town halls, which makes the initiative very accessible to them”, said the Director of Customer Service Maria Dimitrova.
For the third month, the management of ENERGO-PRO meets with clients in various cities in North-Eastern Bulgaria within the framework of organized regular reception days. During the meetings, clients have the opportunity to discuss individual cases and ask their questions in dialogue with the manager Stefan Abadzhiev and the Director of Customer Service Maria Dimitrova. Most often, the questions that visitors ask the heads of the electricity company are related to the consumption of electricity, with the connection of new objects to the electricity distribution network, with the regulatory framework in the energy sector. In some cases, the decision of the case is reduced to circumstances outside the sphere of activity of ENERGO-PRO, for example in property disputes. In these cases, company representatives help customers primarily with advice or advice on what actions they could take and which institutions to turn to.
Yesterday, April 16, a reception day was held in the city of Silistra. Next week, on April 23, for the second time the company's management will meet with customers in the city of Dobrich. A new office of ENERGO-PRO will work next week in the municipality of Popovo on 22.04.2014 and in the municipality of Omurtag on 24.04.2014.
