ERP North introduced a verification system for planned and unplanned power outages by customer number

Electricity Distribution North has developed and implemented an additional software system https://tok.erpsever.bg/for checking for outages for an object by customer number — planned by the company upcoming power outages, unplanned outages (emergency situations) and others. The option is available from the “Check for break by object” button on the home page of https://erpsever.bg/, as well as the newly introduced report, customers can also use the existing button to check planned outages by region.
Through the newly introduced application, individuals and legal entities can find out whether there is an interruption for their object and for what reason. The development is a continuation of the efforts of all companies of the ENERGO-PRO group to facilitate customers by providing accessible ways of obtaining information and services.
The application is also available through the Virtual Customer Service Center MyEnergo-PRO, which is accessible from the blue button on the ENERGO-PRO homepage, as well as independently at https://my.energo-pro.bg/. The virtual center combines in itself the possibility of generating various reports and accessing services: the most widely used to check/pay an account in the Virtual POS Terminal https://vp.energo-pro.bg/, data on the electricity consumption of domestic users for three years back, payment and reporting schedules, updating customer data for timely receipt of personal information, etc.
Digitization in services and facilitation of access to information has been planned and implemented in recent years with a sustainable perspective for maximum approximation to the needs of ENERGO-PRO customers. The company will continue to monitor the most important trends in digitalization and will develop and implement digital solutions in order to optimize services and minimize the time customers spend in the company's service center.
