New General conditions for access and transmission of electric energy through the electricity distribution network of Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD

Today, 16.09.2022, the company publishes in one central (at 24 hours) and in one local daily (at. Morning), as well as on its website General Terms and Conditions for access and transmission of electric energy through the electricity distribution network of Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD (General Terms and Conditions) and Rules for Working with Users of Energy Services (Rules for Working with Consumers).

The General Terms and Conditions and the Rules for Working with Consumers, as part of the General Terms and Conditions, have been approved by the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (EWRC) by Decision No OU-12 of 08.09.2022 and according to the regulatory requirements enter into force 30 days after the date of their publication, i.e. from 16.10.2022. For all persons who are customers of Elektrodistribuenie Sever AD as of 15.10.2022, inclusive, the General Terms and Conditions come into force without express written acceptance.
