ENERGO-PRO merges its trading companies

ENERGO-PRO Varna EAD merged ENERGO-PRO Energy Services EOOD into ENERGO-PRO Trading EAD. The change brings together the activities of international trade in electricity and the supply of electricity to end customers in order to achieve greater business and operational synergy. The new company will contribute to a more active presence and positioning of the ENERGO-PRO brand in the energy markets within the European Union, as well as offering more attractive conditions for customers on the free market. The merger is a standard procedure provided for in the Commercial Law and carried out after the approval of the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation and the Commission for Protection of Competition. For the clients and partners of the companies there will be no change in the terms of the current contracts.

The newly formed company will operate under the brand name “ENERGO-PRO Energy Services” and will have a more active presence in the EU energy markets. The merger of the two companies will lead to the strengthening of the competitive advantages of the new company and will strengthen the commercial presence of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group in Bulgaria and the region.
