The company met with students and pupils from Ruse and Razgrad to introduce them to its practical experience and career development programs

Last week, Human Resources representatives from ENERGO-PRO participated in the "Career Horizons" forum, organized by the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev". During the event, students from electrical engineering majors were introduced to opportunities for participating in internship programs, as well as current job openings at the company.

As part of its initiatives to support young people in choosing a professional path, ENERGO-PRO representatives visited the "Apostol Arnaudov" Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics in Ruse and the "Sandor Petofi" National Vocational Technical High School in Razgrad. Over 50 students studying electrical engineering were presented with opportunities to join the paid "Young Electrician" program and the prospects for professional development after graduation. Currently, 10 students are set to join the program.

Two programs for a start in the energy sector

The internship programs are aimed at pupils and students from electrical engineering majors and will be implemented in the period from October 2026 to May 2027.

The paid "Young Electrician" program is designed for 12th-grade students from the 2026/2027 graduating class. Participants are assigned to teams of electricians, gain practical insight into the work process, and receive a monthly financial incentive of 150 euros. Upon completion of the program, they have the opportunity for professional employment as electricians.

The scholarship program is aimed at third and fourth-year students or master's students in electrical engineering majors at the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev", the Technical University of Varna, and the Technical University of Gabrovo. It provides practice in a real-world environment, a monthly financial incentive of 200 euros, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position upon completion.

Both programs, for which applications are still open, give young people the opportunity to gain practical experience, get a close look at work in the energy sector, and make a more informed choice about their future professional development.

ENERGO-PRO continues to build the bridge between education and the real work environment by presenting professional development opportunities in the energy sector to future specialists.
