Position of ENERGO-PRO on the protests over high electricity bills
We fully understand people's dissatisfaction with high electricity bills and have repeatedly declared our readiness to do a bill check completely free of charge to any customer who has requested this. Since the beginning of the year, we have consulted more than 2,130 clients on accounts for January. We analyze each account and strive to explain to our clients how it was formed. Statistics show that so far we have only one valid signal from a customer to whom service energy has been charged, due to unsecured access of a meter to the meter. After the verification of the address, the customer's account is adjusted.
The protest does not change our position and our attitude towards customers. We continue to be open and ready to assist in the event that our customers have difficulty paying their bills. Since the beginning of the year, we have received 400 requests for rescheduling of accounts and we consider each one individually. We do not support acts of violence, given that we have always been open to dialogue. We thank all peaceful protesters, because we are convinced that in order to have a meaningful dialogue that leads to a positive result, it is necessary to have such understanding on both sides.
