Reception day of the leadership of ENERGO-PRO was held in Varna
Residents of the district took the opportunity to discuss various cases with representatives of the company's management
On Wednesday, February 26, the fourth “Leadership Acceptance Day” of ENERGO-PRO was held in Varna. The initiative is part of the campaign “At the service of the customer”, launched on the occasion of World Consumer Day — March 15. Reception centers are planned to be organized in all regional centers on the territory served by ENERGO-PRO. Until then, reception days were held in Ruse, Silistra, Dobrich and Varna.
Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service, Anatoly Mitev, Manager of Distribution Service Center Varna and Krasimir Ivanov, Director of Projects, Technologies and Construction at ENERGO-PRO Networks, attended the “Management Acceptance Day” held in Varna. Twelve clients of the company from Varna region used the opportunity to ask their questions and seek solutions to specific cases in a direct conversation with the three representatives of the management.
“Our experience so far shows that on reception days, clients seek clarification on various topics. Usually these are more specific cases that require detailed consideration and an individual approach in the search for a solution. Of course, there are also standard questions related to the company's activities - services, bills, prices, etc. My colleagues and I try to explain in detail and accessible to customers everything that interests them. I hope they are satisfied, because we do our best to ensure that our answers are comprehensive and accurate. “, said Mrs. Dimitrova.
Part of the queries of customers from Varna were related to the connection of new sites to the electricity distribution network. There were also private cases, one of which was told by lawyer Ani Bozhidarova from the Varna Bar Association. She took the opportunity to discuss with the company representatives a technical case for the establishment of a right of passage related to the consent of many property owners. The three managers listened and discussed Ms. Bozhidarova's proposal, committing to check the possibilities of resolving the case.
Here is what lawyer Bozhidarova shared about her impression of the company's initiative: “I welcome the initiative of ENERGO-PRO to establish a personal relationship with the management of the company, because I believe that in this way it will be possible to solve many of the problems that are difficult to solve. Contact with the company by e-mail can not replace the live contact with the correspondingly competent people in ENERGO-PRO.”
Another customer who visited the reception day, Mr. Radko Milenov, had questions about the connection to the electricity distribution network. After discussion on both sides and clarification of the specific facts, it was clarified what the client should do in order for the company to fulfill his desire to increase the power provided to him. Mr. Milenov said that it is very good to organize precisely such meetings with the management, since direct conversation and direct asking of questions makes it possible to solve problems briefly and clearly. “This is the best form that exists so far. It is important for both parties — both for ENERGO-PRO and for customers. Be alive and well!” he added.
Next week, on March 5 at 10.00, the ENERGO-PRO management reception day will be held in the city of Shumen. Customers will have the opportunity to address their questions in addition to Mrs. Maria Dimitrova, Director of Customer Service, and to Mr. Diyan Hristov, Manager of Distribution Service Center Shumen.
