Another “Leadership Reception Day” of ENERGO-PRO was held today in the city of Razgrad. The initiative, part of the “At Customer Service” campaign, was launched in early February. It aims to enable citizens from different areas in North-East Bulgaria to meet with representatives of the management and personally with the manager of ENERGO-PRO in order to discuss a specific case related to electricity consumption or to consult on issues whose solution requires the participation of several institutions.

Today, in Razgrad, the customers were greeted by the manager of ENERGO-PRO Stefan Abadzhiev, the Director of Customer Service Maria Dimitrova and the manager of the distribution service center Ruse and Razgrad, Hristofor Filev.

The managers of the company were asked questions related to the connection of new objects to the electricity distribution network. During the conversation with customers, various options for how to implement the joining of their sites were discussed. “As complicated as the financial situation we find ourselves in, we cannot stop adding customers to the network. In these cases, we strive not only to apply the law, but also to find a solution that satisfies both parties. “, shared the manager of ENERGO-PRO.

Two other cases, in which citizens from Razgrad sought assistance on the reception day of the leadership, were related to the opening of new lots of objects on the territory of the city. Maria Dimitrova, Director Customer Service, explained to customers what the order is and what documents are required to open their own lots.

Electricity bills are a topic that excites all consumers, especially in the winter period, when consumption traditionally increases. It was also discussed today with a client who thinks his bill is high. During the conversation, Hristofor Filev, manager of the distribution center in Ruse and Razgrad, gave real examples of the consumption of appliances most often used by households. In dialogue with the client, its consumption was analyzed. The guide explained how household bills have changed in the different months of the last three years.

“The bill of each of us depends to a large extent on our consumption style. You don't always have to invest money to make your home more energy efficient. Sometimes it is enough just to use the available appliances more rationally and thus reduce our electricity costs”, shared the Director Customer Service. “I recommend our clients to take advantage of the services within the framework of our new Energy Consultant initiative. In any customer service center, they can get advice on how to reduce their electricity bills from our consultant.”, added Maria Dimitrova.
