The ENERGO-PRO Training Center welcomed students from the Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering in Varna

The visit is part of the company's policy to support educational institutions in the preparation of professional personnel in the field of energy
Future electricians and electrical engineers, who graduated this year in the tenth grade at the PGE (Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering) in Varna, visited ENERGO-PRO in the company's training center and observed tests in the High Voltage Laboratory of ERP North. The visit is part of the practical preparation of the young people after the completion of the first high school stage.
The visit started with a mandatory briefing on safe work with electrical equipment, after which the experts in electrical energy at the ENERGO-PRO Training Center presented to the future eleventh graders basic equipment that are used in the electricity distribution network. Their high school teacher noted that Elektrodistribuenie North, part of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group, is the largest employer in Northeastern Bulgaria in the energy sector and is a major opportunity for professional realization after their successful graduation.
In specially equipped training halls, future power engineers watched a demonstration of working with various types of power equipment, cable heads, as well as examined a reduced copy of an overhead power line. The training continued with a visit to the High Voltage Laboratory of Elektrodistribuenie Sever, where the experts of the company introduced the young people to the main types of tests of cables, insulators and specialized protective equipment.
Since the establishment of the ENERGO-PRO Training Center in 2009, thousands of current and future energy professionals have been trained in it, who have acquired new practical knowledge for safe operation with electrical equipment. The opening of the doors of the Center for pupils and students during the educational process aims to familiarize future energy engineers with the specifics of the profession. Visits of pupils and students to the Training Center are part of the company's policy to support educational institutions in the preparation of professional personnel in the field of energy.
