Duties and responsibilities
- Извършва мониторинг на недвижимите имоти и сградните инсталации, като идентифицира и документира състоянието им. Поддържа база данни;
- Изпълнява заявки за ремонт/услуга в сферата си на отговорност и извършва малки ремонти (механични, електрически, ВиК и други) в сградите;
- Организира и извършва обособяване и преместване на работни места, вкл. обзавеждане, офис оборудване и техника. Следи за правилната експлоатация;
- Осигурява необходимите материали за поддръжка на сгради/сградни инсталации и контролира изпълнението на дейностите по тяхната поддръжка от външни изпълнители.
- Извършва подобрения в сградите и организира дейности, свързани с техническата поддръжка.
Requirements for the candidate
Basic requirements
- Средно специално образование;
- Практически умения за извършване на ремонтни дейности по сграден фонд;
- Познания и опит в поддръжката на сгради/сградни инсталации;
- Правоспособност за извършване на електрически, ВиК и заваръчни дейности е предимство;
- Шофьорска книжка, категория „В“ – активен шофьор.
Технически умения
- Добро владеене на MS Office.
Other skills
- Ангажираност и отговорност към работния процес;
- Изпълнение на задачите качествено и в срок;
- Сътрудничество и работа в екип.
