ENERGO-PRO is in an active campaign to update the data for communication with customers in order to increase the quality of the services offered. Considering the growing need for digital service and facilitated connection with the company, ENERGO-PRO promotes the use of fast channels to receive and provide information from/to its customers. The ways in which feedback is sought from customers in relation to the updating of their data in the ENERGO-PRO systems are through conventional and e-mail mail, sms and telephone. The availability of up-to-date and correct customer data makes it possible to easily identify and obtain a timely and quick response from the company in case of need.
