The company has developed a dedicated online platform for submitting applications via the Internet

As of April 1, 2016 ENERGO-PRO Networks has launched the implementation of the standardized load profiles (PU). Through them, households and small businesses, for which there is no regulatory requirement for hourly measurement of the amount of electricity consumed, can participate in the market at freely negotiated prices.

The standardized load profile is a series of coefficients that shows the hourly distribution of active electrical energy consumption for a type of object over a given period of time. After a thorough analysis, ENERGO-PRO Networks developed 7 profiles - 2 for domestic customers, 4 for business users and 1 for street lighting. They are tailored to the specifics of consumption of individual groups of customers in different types of settlements. The PUs were published on the company's website on 31.01.2016.

ENERGO-PRO customers who have chosen a supplier on the market at freely negotiated prices must submit an application for a change of electricity supplier with a standardized load profile. For their convenience and convenience, the company has developed a special online platform for ENERGO-PRO electronic services at the Internet address online.energo-pro.bg. Through it, customers can submit the applications signed with a qualified electronic signature to enter the free market without visiting a Customer Service Center.

Customers of the company who do not have a qualified electronic signature can submit applications for change of electricity supplier with standardized load profile at Customer Service Centers in Varna, Dobrich, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gorna Oryahovitsa, Svishtov, Gabrovo, Ruse, Razgrad and Silistra.

The application of the standardized load profiles from 1.04.2016 does not affect the formation of electricity bills. Customers' invoices will reflect their actual consumption and will be formed depending on the individual conditions and prices in their electricity supply contracts with the relevant dealer. In the free market, only the price of electricity can be negotiated, and prices for network services and obligations to society are set by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC).
