Important information regarding electricity compensation for ENERGO-PRO Sales non-household customers

ENERGO-PRO Sales AD is in the process of concluding an agreement with the Electricity System Security Fund for the payment of compensation in accordance with Council of Ministers Decision No. 344 of April 30, 2026. This decision establishes the terms and procedures for implementing the Program for compensating the electricity costs of non-household end customers, as well as for transmission and distribution system operators to purchase electricity for technological losses, for the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027 (Program for compensating non-household customers for the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027).

Non-household end customers are eligible to receive compensation for electricity purchases under only one of the active compensation programs: either Decree No. 237 of November 7, 2025, as amended by Decree No. 68 of June 11, 2026 (DCM No. 68/11.06.2026), which sets the terms and procedures for the Program for providing aid through compensation for temporary electricity price relief for energy-intensive consumers (Energy-Intensive Consumers Compensation Program), or the Program for compensating non-household customers for the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, adopted by CMD No. 344/30.04.2026.

If, at the time the Program for compensating non-household customers is activated, you have not submitted an application for the Energy-Intensive Consumers Compensation Program for the pricing period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD will provide you with compensation under the Program for compensating non-household customers for the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

If you submit an application and meet the eligibility criteria for the Energy-Intensive Consumers Compensation Program for the pricing period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, you must reimburse ENERGO-PRO Sales AD for any funds received under the Program for compensating the electricity costs of non-household end customers for the period from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Until these funds are reimbursed, ENERGO-PRO Sales AD will not begin paying compensation under the Energy-Intensive Consumers Compensation Program for the 01.07.2026 – 30.06.2027 pricing period, in accordance with the requirements of Article 7, Paragraph 2 of DCM No. 68/11.06.2026.
