ENERGO-PRO Networks announced in May a summer program ENERGO-PRO START, which enables students from technical universities and high schools of electrical engineering to acquire initial professional experience in real working conditions. The program lasts 3 weeks and is paid. The first 11 future energy professionals have already started their first career steps in June.

The network company, which operates on the territory of North-East Bulgaria, has launched a selection of candidates for the second stage of the campaign, which will be held in July. Students in the 3rd and 4th year of technical universities and students in the 12th grade of vocational high schools of electrical engineering can apply for the program. Those wishing to take the opportunity can submit their documents to the email: careers@energo-pro.bg until 17 July 2016.

“The aim of the summer campaign is to motivate young people to make their professional choices during their education. The energy industry in Bulgaria has traditions and very well prepared technical specialists. In order to maintain this continuity, we aim to train the future energy companies at an earlier stage of their development,” said the manager of ENERGO-PRO Varna Momchil Andreev.

In 2016, the companies of the ENERGO-PRO Varna group gave more than 20 young engineers and economists a chance to start their professional career under the Operational Program “Human Resources Development 2014-2020”. The process of recruiting and appointing new specialists continues. Up-to-date information about the vacancies under the program can be found on the website www.energo-pro.bg.
