ERP Sever has disconnected the power supply to five structures in the "Baba Alino" area

In compliance with an order from the Mayor of Varna Municipality, ERP Sever took action today to disconnect the power supply to five structures in the "Baba Alino" area. These are the buildings that were found during an inspection earlier this month to lack individual accounts and commercial metering devices (CMDs), instead receiving electricity from a CMD located on a neighboring property. The account is registered to "Forest Club Varna" OOD.

These actions were taken in execution of the issued order and are directed solely at the properties covered by it. The power supply to the main facility of the client, "Forest Club Varna" OOD, and to other properties outside the scope of the order, has not been interrupted. The five structures were being supplied via an electrical network connected downstream from the client's commercial metering device.

As the distribution system operator, the company fulfills its obligations within the powers granted by law and takes the necessary actions when there are appropriate grounds and acts from the competent authorities.

Regarding this case, ERP Sever issued mandatory instructions to the client early last week to disconnect the power supply to the specified structures. The instructions were not followed, and the subsequent objections and complaints filed by the client do not alter the company's obligation to carry out actions for which there is an applicable basis, unless otherwise ordered by a competent authority.
