ENERGO-PRO Sales customers can now also register their contact details at EasyPay offices

ENERGO-PRO Sales is providing a new opportunity for its customers to register a contact phone number and email address at any EasyPay office.

The service is intended for customers who have not yet provided a phone number and/or email address for communication with the company. They can submit the missing information at an EasyPay office, needing only to confirm that they are the users of the respective property.

Having accurate contact details ensures that important information reaches customers in a timely manner and facilitates communication with the company when necessary. Phone and email serve as complementary communication channels, allowing customers to quickly receive information related to their service.

This new option at EasyPay complements ENERGO-PRO's existing channels for providing and updating customer data. Phone numbers and email addresses that have already been provided can be updated online via the portal www.update.energo-pro.bg or at an ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center.
