Summer classroom in Otets Paisii Community Center, Ezerets village
An open classroom was built in the courtyard of the national community center “Otets Paisii — 1901" in the village of Ezerets. It was built with the financial cooperation of the social initiative of the company “ENERGO-PRO for society”.
The new gazebo in the yard, which until recently represented a bare meadow, will be used for a summer classroom by the children in the village. Thus, students will be able to accumulate knowledge outside in nature.
In addition to the participants in the academies and circles in “Otets Paisii -1901", from which the facility will be mainly used, it will be available to all residents and guests of the village for various activities such as workshops for products from recycled materials, gatherings and preparation of festivals and all other activities of the community center, which take place in the warm months of May to October.
The summer classroom will help the community center to offer more entertainment for its visitors. A summer academy for talents, skills and crafts will be held in it, professions of guest lecturers will be presented for the orientation of children and young people towards a future career. Invigorating children's passion for their talent, awakening their curiosity about a particular field, will create responsibility for their own future, self-discipline and tenacity — all qualities that are critically needed by today's young generation. The classes will also include a culinary academy in the kitchen of the event hall. In this way, the children will prepare their own lunch and share it later in the gazebo. Every summer a circle on ceramics is held in the community center — with the open classroom there will be an opportunity to hold it outdoors, which will be much more convenient, practical and pleasant for the participants.
