10 ENERGO-PRO customers from Svishtov won a check for electricity worth BGN 50

The winners were drawn among the participants in the game “Answer a question and win with the game of ENERGO-PRO”, which was launched on the occasion of the opening of a customer service center in Svishtov

ENERGO-PRO awarded 10 customers from the city of Svishtov with a check for electricity worth BGN 50. The company initiated an information campaign to promote the new customer service center in the city, part of which was the game “Answer a question and win with the game of ENERGO-PRO”. The winners were drawn each week between the participants who answered the questions from the game correctly. The value of the prize will be deducted from the March electricity bill of the lucky ones.

The new customer center in the town of Svishtov opened its doors on March 1, 2013. Already in the first week after the opening, more than 540 customers from the city and nearby settlements took advantage of the company's services, and more than 120 paid their current electricity bills in the new center.

The customer service center in Svishtov is located at ul. “Petar Angelov” 18A and works every weekday from 7:00 to 18:00 without interruption. It operates 2 cash desks for payment of services and consumed electricity and 2 counters for inquiries and document processing. Customers from the city and nearby settlements can take advantage of all the services offered by the company — submitting an application for joining a new facility, concluding or terminating an electricity supply contract, checking and paying the electricity consumption bill, updating customer data, receiving reports, submitting an application for a technical inspection of an electricity meter or electricity dashboard and much more.
