400 customers per month consult about the free electricity market on the dedicated telephone line of ENERGO-PRO *6161

The dedicated telephone line of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services*6161, established a year ago, is the first in Bulgaria that provides information on the free electricity market. In the last 6 months, the number of clients who sought a consultation on the number*6161 has increased 4 times compared to the first half of the year since the launch of the service. Already every month more than 400 private and municipal enterprises and citizens receive answers to questions of interest to them in connection with the purchase of electricity at freely negotiated prices.

The information line*6161 has an automatic menu, which makes it possible to receive both competent advice on the process of exit to the free electricity market, and consultation with an expert on the various products that ENERGO-PRO Energy Services offers.

“The decision to open the specialized call centre*6161 was in response to the growing need of society to obtain fast and qualified information about the free electricity market,” commented Plamen Stefanov, Executive Director of ENERGO-PRO Energy Services. “At the beginning of 2016, interest in the free market grew significantly in relation to the expected full liberalisation. Then we created the*6161 hotline, which was our second step aimed at better serving small businesses and households, after launching the kupitok.bg Internet portal in early 2016 — the first online service for concluding electricity purchase contracts in Bulgaria.
