60 ENERGO-PRO teams will be on duty during the upcoming holidays

In connection with the upcoming holiday days ENERGO-PRO informs its customers that during the period from 3 to 6 September it does not foresee planned power outages for prevention and repairs on the territory of North-East Bulgaria. In case of need, the company's employees will carry out only urgent activities to ensure the supply of electricity.

More than 60 ENERGO-PRO teams will be available for timely response in the event of accidents on the electricity distribution network. We remind you that for information, as well as for alerts about power outage, the company's customers can contact the round-the-clock telephone line 0700 1 61 61.

Employees of the company will continue to count electricity meters on weekends to keep up with the regular schedule.

The cash desks of the partners of the Bulgarian Post company will work with the normal working hours for Saturday and Sunday. On September 5 and 6, Monday and Tuesday, post offices will not work. Customers can pay their bills for consumed electricity using all the cashless payment options that the company provides. During the holidays ENERGO-PRO will not stop the electricity supply to those who fail to pay their obligations on time.
