62 EPP North teams will be on duty during the holidays

During the upcoming holiday days, 62 on-call teams of Elektrodistribuenie North will be ready to respond in case of damage to the electricity distribution network in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad. The teams are equipped with specialized vehicles, tools and materials, and maintain constant contact with the Information Exchange Network Management Centers.

The Electricity Distribution Company is suspending all planned network outages in North-Eastern Bulgaria during the holidays. The accountants of the ERP North will report the electricity consumed on a schedule. The company's 24-hour telephone center 0700 1 61 61 is available to customers for information and to provide alerts in case of unforeseen power outages.

During the holidays, the company's customers can pay their bills for consumed electricity cashless in the ways described on the company's website: https://www.energo-pro.bg/bg/Nachini-na-plashtane-Bitovi-klienti. On September 6, 22 and 23, the cash desks of “Bulgarian Post” will not work, and on the 7th and 23rd they will work with the usual Saturday opening hours.
