64 ENERGO-PRO Networks teams will be on duty during the Christmas and New Year holidays
64 emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO Networks are ready to react in a timely manner in case of damage to electrical facilities on the territory of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad districts.
The teams are fully equipped with materials, tools, personal protective equipment and clothing for working in winter conditions. The vehicle fleet of the power distribution company is ready, which includes 900 vehicles with high and normal cross-country vehicles, excavators, cranes, trucks and others.
As every year, the company has prepared plans to redirect additional resources of people and equipment from one area to another in the event of an emergency. Duty shifts are also organized among the operational management staff, who, if necessary, coordinate the work of the teams.
The dispatching centers of ENERGO-PRO Networks will take care of sustainable network management in North-East Bulgaria. Telephone operators 0700 1 61 61 will receive calls and alerts from customers around the clock and on holidays.
Employees of the company will continue to report the consumed electricity on the usual schedule and on weekends in order to comply with the regulated reporting deadline.
Customers who have failed to pay their bills for consumed electricity on time can also do so during the festive 24 and 31 December at the on-call cash desks of Bulgarian Posts. Obligations can also be covered at the cash desks of Easy Pay or cashless — by bank transfer or via the Internet through the electronic payment system ERAU.bg (www.ePay.bg).
During the holiday weekends, no repair works on the electricity distribution network in North-East Bulgaria are planned. Immediately before and during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, during the period 24 December 2016 — 03 January 2017, ENERGO-PRO Grids will not interrupt the electricity supply to customers who have not paid their electricity bill on time.
