64 ENERGO-PRO teams will be on duty during the Easter holidays

64 emergency teams on duty of ENERGO-PRO Networks are ready to react in a timely manner in case of accidents on the electricity distribution network in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad during the Easter holidays from April 29 to May 2. They are equipped with the necessary means of communication, cars and tools to restore the power supply to customers as quickly as possible.

Simultaneously with the emergency teams, the dispatchers and operators of the national phone of ENERGO-PRO 0700 1 61 61 work around the clock for the reliable power supply of every home in North-East Bulgaria.

On weekends, ENERGO-PRO accountants will continue to report the meter readings on schedule.

Customers who have failed to pay their electricity bills on time can also do so during the holiday April 30, from 9:00 to 13:00 hours, when the cash desks of our partners from Bulgarian Posts will work. The amounts due can also be transferred through the electronic ways of paying for electricity Epay and electronic banking. The possibility of paying bills is also provided by EasyPay cash desks.

Immediately before and during the holidays ENERGO-PRO will not interrupt the electricity supply of its customers who have failed to pay their electricity bill on time.
