70 ENERGO-PRO Grids teams will be on duty during the upcoming holidays
On the eve of the Christmas and New Year holidays, 70 emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO are in full readiness to eliminate damage to electrical facilities in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad. They are provided with the necessary personal protective equipment and clothing that fully meets the weather conditions characteristic of the winter season.
Means of communication and backup connections between mobile teams and network management centers are also provided. There are 926 vehicles on standby, including special, off-road and team vehicles. As in past years, when the winter situation in individual regions is complicated, the company has prepared plans to redeploy additional equipment and equipment from one area to another.
In addition to the emergency teams, the dispatchers and telephone operators of ENERGO-PRO will take care of the light and comfort in every home and in every settlement in North-East Bulgaria during the holidays.
The company's accountants will continue to report the consumed electricity on the usual schedule and during weekends, and the reporting period within 31 days will be strictly observed, in accordance with the General Conditions for access and transmission of electric energy through the electricity distribution network of ENERGO-PRO Grids AD.
Customers who have failed to pay their bills for consumed electricity on time can do so on December 29 and 30, as well as on the weekends of December 24, 27 and 31, when the cash desks of our partners from Bulgarian Posts will operate. Please note that immediately before and during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays (in the period from December 21, 2014 to January 05, 2015 inclusive) the company will not interrupt the electricity supply to those who have not paid their electricity bill on time.
