7000 participations in trainings on safe work with electrical equipment are registered by the ENERGO-PRO Training Center
For the seventh year in a row, the ENERGO-PRO Networks Training Center prepares qualified specialists to work safely on the facilities of the electricity distribution network. The training halls are equipped with the most frequently used facilities in practice, which makes it possible to conduct trainings in conditions analogous to the real ones.
Nearly 7,000 energy engineers - employees of the company, subcontractors and trainees have participated in specialized courses to acquire practical skills since the establishment of the Center in 2009 until now.
In addition to achieving a high professional standard, the main emphasis in the training programs of the Center is the formation of habits for safe work, as well as providing first aid to a victim of electric shock. Another planned training for safe work at height was completed by the electricians of the network company in June 2016.
Work at height is strictly specific and requires special skills. Often it is carried out in adverse weather conditions. At a height of 7 meters, the implementation of any activity requires following a refined technological algorithm. An interesting fact is that mastering these subtleties not only preserves the life and health of electricians, but also makes their work more efficient.
In recent years, the Training Center for Safe Operation and Operation of ENERGO-PRO Networks has repeatedly opened its doors to young specialists from technical universities and vocational high schools of electrical engineering. Here, future power engineers have the opportunity not only to get acquainted in real conditions with the operation of facilities from the electricity distribution networks, but also to form a culture of safety already during their high school and university training.
