74 ENERGO-PRO Grids teams are fully ready to eliminate accidents on the electricity distribution network during the festive days on the territory of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad districts. The teams are equipped with the necessary off-road vehicles, means of communication, tools, personal protective equipment and winter work clothes.

In case of deterioration of the weather situation, the company is ready to regroup and redirect additional teams, and if necessary to engage technical groups of subcontractors.

Customers who have missed paying their electricity bills on time can also do so on holidays. On December 22 and 24, cash desks will operate on duty. Immediately before the Christmas and New Year holidays ENERGO-PRO Grids will not interrupt the electricity supply of customers who have failed to pay their electricity bill on time.
