74 ENERGO-PRO Networks teams will be on duty during the Christmas and New Year holidays
74 emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO Grids will be on duty during the upcoming holidays. The teams are fully prepared to react in a timely manner in case of damage to electrical facilities in the districts of Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Ruse and Razgrad.
The teams are fully equipped with the necessary materials, tools, personal protective equipment and clothing, have all the necessary means of communication to exchange information with the Network Management Centers. There are 410 off-road vehicles, 317 team vehicles with normal cross-country ability and 149 specialized vehicles — excavators, cranes, trucks and others. As in past years, in the event of an emergency in individual regions, the company has prepared plans to redirect additional teams and equipment from one area to another.
In addition to the emergency teams, the company's telephone operators will take care of the light in the homes of people in Northeastern Bulgaria during the holidays around the clock. Sustainable management of the network, even in the most severe climatic conditions, is guaranteed by the dispatch centers on the territory served by the company.
Employees of the company will continue to report the consumed electricity on the usual schedule and on weekends in order to comply with the regulated reporting deadline within 31 days.
Customers who have failed to pay their bills for consumed electricity on time can also do so on official holidays 24 and 31 December at duty cash desks, which will work overtime on these dates with working hours from 09.00 to 13.00. Also, liabilities can be covered through Easy Pay cash desks or by direct debit, according to the working hours of the respective cash desk or bank branch. Customers who prefer payment via the Internet can transfer amounts due through electronic banking through the website of the servicing bank, as well as through the electronic payment system ERAU.bg (www.ePay.bg).
Please note that on 27.12.2015, 02.01.2016 and 03.01.2016 the post offices will work according to the schedule for Saturday and Sunday, and on 25.12.2015, 26.12.2015 and 01.01.2016 they will not work.
Immediately before and during the upcoming Christmas and New Year holidays, during the period 24 December 2015 — 04 January 2016, ENERGO-PRO Grids will not interrupt the electricity supply to customers who have not paid their electricity bill on time.
