The emergency teams of ENERGO-PRO are on duty during the Easter holidays

During the Easter holidays ENERGO-PRO organizes teams on duty to ensure uninterrupted power supply on the territory of North-East Bulgaria and for timely response in the event of damage to electrical equipment. 24 hours a day the dispatch centers of the company, which carry out the management of the electricity distribution network and coordination will work 24 hours a day the actions of the units on duty.

Planned repairs to the electricity distribution network during the Easter holidays will not be carried out.

During the public holidays, bills for consumed electricity can be paid at on-call cash desks of Bulgarian Posts, which will operate on April 15 (Saturday). During the period 13-17 April, the company will not cut off the power supply to its customers due to overdue obligations.
