ENERGO-PRO Customer Service Center in Svishtov opened its doors on March 1st

In the customer center, customers can take advantage of all the services offered by the company

On March 1, ENERGO-PRO opened a customer service center in the town of Svishtov. The event was attended by representatives of the local government, guests and employees of the company. Father Dimitar of the Holy Trinity Church consecrated the new center, officiating a solemn water sanctuary.

“The opening of the Customer Service Center is a special moment for us, because it testifies to the fact that we are constantly working to increase the satisfaction and quality of customer service, which is also a top priority in the policy of ENERGO-PRO. In recent years, the use of services by customers in the area has increased and taking into account the geographical location of the city, we decided to open a customer center here.”, said at the opening of the center Mr. Stefan Abadzhiev — member of the Management Board of ENERGO-PRO. “I hope that this will satisfy the desire and need of our customers to take advantage of the company's services in a quick and easy way,” he added.

The customer service center in Svishtov is located at ul. “Petar Angelov” 18A and will work every weekday from 7:00 to 18:00 without interruption. It will operate 2 cash desks for payment of services and consumed electricity and 2 counters for inquiries and document processing. Customers from Svishtov and nearby settlements will be able to take advantage of all the services offered by the company — submitting an application for joining a new facility, concluding or terminating a contract for electricity supply, checking and paying the bill for electricity consumption, updating customer data, receiving reports, submitting an application for technical inspection of electricity meter or electric meter board and much more.
