The customer service center of ENERGO-PRO in Varna has fully restored its work
The official entrance to the building still remains closed
The customer service center of the company in Varna, which is located at ul. Devnya 2, as of today has restored its full working capacity. At the moment, 14 counters are working there again, 4 of which are cash desks.
The damage caused by the repeated manifestations of aggression by the protesters hampered the normal functioning of the customer center for a week. In addition to broken and cracked windows, employees' computers and workplaces suffered. The company has made every effort not to hamper the customer service process during damage recovery. In addition, due to the threat of burning down the center, for greater security, it was necessary to export all client documents. Despite the lack of normal working conditions for employees during this period, the customer service center continued to operate, albeit with reduced capacity, which inevitably created inconvenience to customers. Unfortunately, the consequences of such actions have a negative impact not only on the company, but above all on the quality of customer service.
Currently, the official entrance of the center continues to be closed and customers can enter through the side entrance of the building. Given the ongoing protest actions, the damage caused will be fully recovered after the protests cease.
