The customer service center of ENERGO-PRO in Varna will not work on August 15

By decision of Varna City Council, August 15, 2016 (Monday), designated as a city holiday, was declared a non-attendance day on the territory of the municipality. In this regard, ENERGO-PRO informs that the Customer Service Center of the company, located at ul. “Devnya” 2 in Varna will not work on August 15.

Customers who wish to pay their electricity bills on the holiday can do so at the cash desks of the partners of Bulgarian Posts, who will work with normal working hours. The ticket offices of Information Service will be closed on August 15.

Immediately before the city holiday, as well as on August 15, ENERGO-PRO will not interrupt the power supply of the company's customers in the municipality of Varna, who have failed to pay their obligations on time.

The teams on duty throughout the territory serviced by the electricity distribution company are ready to respond in case of accidents and unforeseen power outages.
