Dozens of clients took advantage of the exported offices of ENERGO-PRO, organized in Dulovo and Tutrakan

Residents from the municipalities welcomed the initiative and emphasized the benefit and convenience for them

The initiative of ENERGO-PRO “Exported office” continues and the positive response of customers who have benefited from the offered services of the company is growing. The aim of the project is to cover as many small settlements as possible on the territory of North-Eastern Bulgaria so that their residents can have direct access to the company's services.

Within last week, with the kind support of the municipal administrations, ENERGO-PRO mobile offices were organized for the residents of the municipalities of Dulovo and Tutrakan. On March 18, the company's specialists received clients in the building of the municipality of Dulovo. Impressed by the initiative, many people expressed interest in the services offered and wished to consult with representatives of the company. On March 20, the next office of ENERGO-PRO was organized in the building of the Municipal Administration of Tutrakan. The mayors of the two municipalities provided full assistance for the organization of the offices as well as for the preliminary information of the residents about the upcoming visit.

Among the most frequently provided services by specialists within these two days were updating customer data, submitting applications for various services (e.g. technical inspection of electricity meter), change of account holder, request for deferred payment, etc. All clients who visited the offices of ENERGO-PRO were very impressed and satisfied with the attitude of the employees towards them.

Mayors and deputy mayors of small settlements throughout the territory of North-Eastern Bulgaria continue to send letters of thanks on their own behalf and on behalf of their residents who have benefited from the services of the exported offices. Currently, the number of customers served exceeds 350 and the number continues to grow.
